Welcome to the Campus Ministry of the Southwestern International Church of Christ. Our ministry is proudly represented by both New Mexico State University and the University of Texas-El Paso. NMSU is the largest land grant institution in the country and offers a variety of majors to expand the knowledge of students. UTEP is a wonderful commuter campus that has students enrolling from all around the world to set it apart from other universities. These schools are rich in tradition and have made history with their achievements. Although these schools battle annually as rivals along the I-10 borderland highway, Christ is what unites our ministry in a shared goal to be like him.

In a day and age where corruption and sin entangle people at such a young age, we strive to live lives worthy of our Lord. Our dream is to reach each and every student on our campuses and share with them the same gospel that was preached by the first century disciples. As being both students and disciples, we labor to do our best in the classroom and at the same time maintain the standard of the Bible as well. We validate who we are by what we do.

2nd Timothy 2:22 commands:

"Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue Righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."

In our campus ministry, we believe it is vital to live a life set apart, holy and pleasing to God. God should be evident in the examples we set in speech, conduct, faith, in love, and in purity. Discipleship is a key component in our ministry and motivates us to challenge one another spiritually on a daily basis. God gives us a great opportunity being in the campus ministry to help bring people into the light. We have weekly bible talks that offer a loving atmosphere to understand God's word and enjoy the fellowship of one another. Our campus schedule is very active and is designed to bring people closer to God by the activities that we have. We are excited to see how God can move through our ministry.
